Bhutan’s national priority has always been on developing the human resource capacities to drive the goals of nation building.  His Majesty the King reiterated this urgency by announcing Royal Vision of transforming the Bhutanese workforce into an ‘enlightened entrepreneurial bureaucracy’ to keep up with the rapid changes and innovations arising from the Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC) during the 117^th National Day. His Majesty also reinforced the critical task of people’s enrichment and empowerment to nurture them into educated, skilled, dedicated, disciplined, enterprising and productive Bhutanese to create a knowledge-based, enlightened society. Therefore, as an educational hub, EduPlus aspires to contribute towards the fulfilment of the Royal Vision.
