Dechen Wangdi is from Bikhar in the Samkhar Geog region of Trashigang. He holds a Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking from Jigme Namgyal Engineering College and has further honed his skills in visual editing and camera work at the iBEST Institute.

Dechen is a driven ICT Associate and Editorial Assistant with expertise in web management, cinematography, video editing, graphic design, programming, IT hardware and networking, and live streaming. In addition to his professional skills in ICT management, Dechen assists with online learning management systems and manages open journal systems by providing editorial support through research data collection, data entry, and organizing manuscripts to ensure the quality of journal publications. He is proficient in programming and e-learning platforms and aims to leverage his technical and creative skills to contribute to organizational success.

Currently, Dechen serves as a Communication Strategist for EduPlus, where his primary responsibilities include overseeing system management and providing technical, administrative, web, and application support. His role ensures that the organization’s technical and intellectual tools are well-organized, developed, and communicated.
