EduPlus conducted Leadership Training for the staff of PCAL, Gomtu, on 15 and 16th April, 2023. The training focused on leadership as principal management, task management and people management.
Facilitated by former Cabinet Minister, Lyonpo Norbu Wangchuk, the training was well received by the participants, who claimed that it was not only timely but highly strategic and handy. The contents of the training were primarily targeted towards sharpening the managerial and communication skills along with emotional management of the workforce.
