A day-long professional development programme on “Unleashing the Dragon in You - The Power of Inner Leadership” was conducted by Mr. Tshering Dorji, Training Director of the EduPlus for the faculty of Motithang Higher Secondary School in Thimphu.

The training was organised as a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility of the firm to enable the staff to look for the leadership qualities within themselves and empower them to lead others. The faculties were appraised on the skills of team management, communication and collaboration, and enterprising and emotional intelligence.

Any organization that has a leader who believes in vibrant learning and development, thrives well. No wonder why Motithang has been at the forefront.
